The Big List! [the aftermath of remodeling 8 months pregnant]

Our house hasn’t seen a lot of blog time lately, and there’s a few reasons for that: 1) we’ve been crazy busy with life, 2) I was studying my butt off to get the bar exam behind me (twice), 3) we got preggo, and 4) now we’ve had our baby boy! That said, if you follow us on social media, then you know that we’ve still had tons of projects going on! So, to launch back into blogging, I’ve decided not to overwhelm myself with trying to go back and blog about every little thing we’ve done. Instead, I decided to share our room-by-room project list, do a video tour, “state of the house,” and hit the highlights of bigger projects we’ve completed to date! A lot less intimidating!

So here goes nothing… there’s lots to do!!!

It’s truly amazing how 4.5 years can fly by and somehow you still don’t really feel like you’ve made your house into your home.  For the first time really, these room-by-room changes will be transforming our home into a place that we truly love and one that really reflects us as a couple!  It’s pretty exciting stuff!  We’ll be maximizing our 2300 sq.ft. home to enhance and make use of every nook and cranny.  And the most important thing- all of the major changes we’re making are focused on giving us a more efficient, user-friendly home.  After all, efficiency and organization gives us the time for the things that really matter most- family, friends, and life!
